Refund Policy

TLRI 10Q is a digital product in the form of an analytical and strategic intelligence report. The Product is non-physical and delivered electronically via email or secure access link.
By completing payment, the Buyer acknowledges that the Product is intangible in nature and may be made accessible immediately upon payment confirmation.

All purchases are final once access to the Product has been granted.
Once a secure access link has been delivered or the report has been made available for download or viewing, the transaction is deemed completed and is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

If payment has been successfully processed but access to the Product has not yet been provided, a cancellation request may be submitted within a maximum of 24 hours from payment confirmation.
All requests are subject to internal verification, and approval remains at the sole discretion of TLRI.

In the event of verified technical issues preventing the Buyer from accessing the Product, TLRI will provide reasonable technical assistance to restore access.
If access cannot be restored within a reasonable period due to a confirmed internal system failure attributable to TLRI, a refund may be considered.

Purchase of the Product does not guarantee any particular business, investment, compliance, or strategic outcome.

In the event of unauthorized payment disputes or improper chargebacks, TLRI reserves the right to:
1. Suspend or terminate access to the Product;
2. Provide transaction documentation to the payment service provider;
3. Take appropriate administrative or legal measures as necessary.

TLRI’s total liability shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the Product and shall not include indirect, consequential, incidental, or business-related losses.
